Hi...
Welcome to my little page, running on Drupal, and currently hosted on StartLogic's servers.
I don't plan to spend much time working on this site; but, I'll use it for odds and ends, as the occasion warrants.
Though I'm still learning both Drupal and PHP programming, I'm very much a fan of the framework. I've done a couple of other sites using Drupal, including one for the Cub Scouts, and a much earlier one for my High School class.
By day, I'm a Microsoft-focused programmer and web developer; and by night, I'm a Father, Husband, and an Obsessive-Compulsive Geek.
All else aside, I have a very dry and dark sense of humor. If something I write should offend you, please put a joke emoticon behind it, and read it again. If it still seems offensive, ask me what I meant before you assume the worst.
It's possible that the "worst" is actually what I intended to say; but, if so, I'll truly explaining myself, since I rarely say things that I won't try to defend. I'm also not married to my beliefs... I value the truth much more than I value "being right".
Generally speaking, those who don't want me killed tend to think I'm a pretty humorous guy, though usually in a Ben Stein sort of way.
I do pretty well at keeping myself busy; but, I am available as a consultant and a developer. Once set up, you don't have to be a "geek" to have your own domain, website, online photo gallery... it's much more affordable than most people would expect. My goal is to set things up for my clients so that they can maintain and update their sites without needing ongoing paid assistance.
I have other skills too, especially in the construction arena. My skills include electricity, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and roofing. Rates and availability vary.
